99-Day Return Policy

Returns of Defective/Damaged Goods
1. To return an item, please email Streetfr.com@outlook.com.
2. Please provide clear photos or videos of the problem, along with a detailed description.
3. We will process your refund or exchange within 48 hours.
4. For defective or damaged goods, you do not need to return the goods; simply provide the required evidence.
Non-Quality Issue Return Process
If you need to return an item due to a non-quality issue, please follow these steps:
1. Please contact our customer service team within 99 days of receiving the goods to apply for a return and obtain a return address.
2. Pay the return shipping fee and provide the shipping label to customer service.
3. After receiving your shipping label, our customer service will process your refund.
Important Notes:
1. For returns due to non-quality issues, you will receive a 70% refund of the item's value. Customized items will incur a 30% production fee.
2. The item must be brand new, unused, undamaged, free of stains and odors, and in its original, perfect condition. All original labels and packaging must be intact.
3. Please do not remove tags and return all original packaging and receipts. Keep the goods clean and stain-free. Goods should be neatly folded and carefully packaged. Damaged, stained, visibly worn, or with tags cut/removed items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer at their own expense, with no refund.
Return Shipping Costs
If the goods have quality issues, the customer does not need to return them; we will provide a refund or exchange.
In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Processing Time
Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your returned goods.
Once your goods are received and scanned into our inventory, the refund will be credited to your designated account.

3. For returns not due to quality issues, shipping costs are non-refundable.
